Privacy Policy

Last Updated: July 14, 2026

Thank you for choosing The Drop (owned and operated by Enrichment Ltd Liability Co, a registered Wyoming entity). We are committed to protecting the privacy, security, and integrity of the data collected from our B2B clients, website visitors, and waste generators across Las Vegas and Southern California.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, process, store, and protect your business and personal information when you visit our website, utilize our booking portal, or interact with our mobile on-site courier services.

Information We Collect and How We Collect It

To facilitate compliant on-site waste swaps, manage transport logistics, and satisfy federal and state regulatory reporting requirements, we collect several categories of information:

A. Information You Provide Directly to Us

When you complete an online checkout, book an on-demand swap, or register a facility profile, we collect:

  • Business Details: Legal business name, facility physical address, contact phone number, and email address.

  • Operational Metadata: Business classification (e.g., tattoo studio, med-spa, mobile phlebotomy, home health), current waste volumes (number and size of 1-gallon, 2-gallon, or 3-gallon sharps containers), and preferred routing schedules.

  • Compliance Data: State or EPA Facility Identification numbers (where applicable).

  • Billing Information: Credit card details or other secure payment credentials processed via our encrypted third-party payment gateways (Shopify/Square B2B). We do not store raw cardholder data on our servers.

B. Information Collected During On-Site Service

When our couriers physically execute a "Drop and Swap" route at your facility, we collect:

  • Digital signatures captured on-site via DocHub (or similar electronic signature platforms) for chain-of-custody transfer records.

  • On-site packaging metadata, including verified container weights and active carrier tracking numbers.

Why We Collect This Information (How It Is Used)

Enrichment Ltd Liability Co processes and utilizes your data to:

  • Schedule, route, and dispatch local mobile couriers to your business location.

  • Generate pre-populated, legally compliant environmental tracking manifests and shipping labels.

  • Integrate and pass operational dispatch data securely to our internal route management tools via automated software pipelines (e.g., Zapier).

  • Email you real-time logistics tracking links, transaction invoices, and final Certificates of Destruction to satisfy your local health department or OSHA compliance records.

  • Comply with applicable state and federal waste tracking laws, including the California Medical Waste Management Act (MWMA).

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your business or personal data to third parties. We share your information only with trusted partners essential to executing your waste disposal process:

  • Logistics & Mailing Partners: USPS to generate shipping labels under our Special Permit Hazardous Materials contracts.

  • Backend Treatment Facilities: Contracted wholesale autoclave treatment plants (such as Sharps Medical Waste Services) to scan, process, and issue final destruction receipts.

  • Technology Providers: Cloud-based tools, secure databases, signature platforms (DocHub), and automation software (Zapier) required to securely transmit manifest data across our 5-stage operational pipeline.

  • Legal & Regulatory Authorities: If required by law, audit, or subpoena to demonstrate proper environmental compliance and waste chain of custody to state environmental agencies or OSHA inspectors.

Data Security & Regulatory Archiving

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to shield your data from unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure.

  • All electronic signature captures and transit manifests are stored in secure, cloud-based digital repositories.

  • Records Retention: Under federal OSHA and state hazardous waste rules, we securely archive completed waste manifests for the legally mandated minimum duration (typically three years) to shield your facility against compliance audits.

Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to access, update, correct, or request the deletion of your account contact information at any time. However, please note that we cannot delete historical waste transport manifests or chain-of-custody records that we are legally required to retain for environmental and health department compliance verification.

SMS and Text Messaging Communication

If you opt-in to receive SMS notifications from us (such as courier arrival alerts, route updates, or booking confirmations), we will use your phone number solely to deliver those service-related messages.

  • No Sharing of SMS Data: We do not share, sell, rent, or lease mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data with third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.

HIPAA & Protected Health Information (PHI) Disclaimer

The Drop provides business-to-business (B2B) logistics services for the disposal of physical medical waste.

  • We do not collect, request, or store Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

  • The Client is strictly prohibited from depositing medical charts, patient records, or any other documents containing PHI inside our sharps containers or transferring such data to our couriers.
