Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: July 14, 2026
Welcome to The Drop (the "Website" or "Service"), owned and operated by Enrichment Ltd Liability Co ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a registered Wyoming corporate entity. By accessing our website, purchasing our services, or engaging our couriers for on-site container swaps, you ("Client", "User", "Generator") agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions ("Terms").
Please read these Terms carefully before scheduling a swap or completing checkout. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not utilize our platform, services, or on-site couriers.
Scope of Services & Operational Model
The Drop operates strictly as an asynchronous technology-driven logistics platform and mobile mail-back courier consolidation agent.
The Model: We provide flat-rate, on-demand "Drop and Swap" services. Our couriers physically retrieve locked, full, compatible 1-gallon, 2-gallon, and 3-gallon plastic sharps containers from your facility and replace them with empty, branded containers equipped with quick-order QR codes.
On-Site Packaging Protocol: To comply with federal and state regulations, our couriers act as certified packaging technicians. All retrieved containers are immediately packed, cushioned, and hermetically sealed into a USPS-Authorized Category B (UN3291) Mail-Back System directly on-site at the Client's office.
Final Disposal: The Drop is not a waste disposal, treatment, or standalone incineration/autoclave facility. Once sealed, our couriers route your closed mail-back systems via authorized USPS Ground Advantage Returns Service channels (UN3291, Category B) directly to our contracted, EPA-approved backend autoclave treatment plants for final steam sterilization, shredding, and certified destruction.
Mandatory Generator Certification (The Non-Prohibited Waste Clause)
The Client assumes 100% legal responsibility and liability for the contents placed inside any sharps container retrieved by our couriers. By scheduling a service, the Client strictly certifies, warrants, and represents that:
Strict Locking: All full containers are permanently clicked and locked into their tamper-proof positions prior to the courier's arrival.
Clear Labeling: All full containers must have the Client's business name, address, and contact information legibly written on the container's manufacturer label.
No Forbidden Materials: Containers contain only regulated medical waste (sharp objects, needles, syringes, lancets) classified under Infectious Substances, Category B (UN3291).
Strict Prohibitions: Under no circumstances shall the Client deposit, hide, or introduce the following prohibited hazardous materials into the containers:
-
Chemical Waste or Hazardous Chemicals
-
Mercury (including thermometers) or Heavy Metals
-
Radioactive Materials or Radiopharmaceuticals
-
Pressurized Cylinders or Aerosols
-
RCRA Hazardous Waste, Volatile Organic Compounds, or Chemotherapeutic waste
-
Complete Anatomical Pathology Waste or Bulk Human Fluids (liquids exceeding standard absorbent thresholds)
Indemnification: The Client agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Drop and Enrichment Ltd Liability Co from any federal, state, or municipal fines, cleanup costs, vehicle decontaminations, or legal fees arising from a breach of this waste certification clause.
Right of Refusal & Unlocked Container Trip-Fees
Our couriers are strictly barred by federal Department of Transportation (DOT) transit laws and OSHA safety guidelines from touching, packing, or transporting unlocked, leaking, or damaged sharps containers.
Right of Refusal: If a courier arrives and finds containers that are unlocked, damaged, overfilled, or leaking, the courier will refuse service immediately.
Cancellation & Trip Fee: In the event of a refusal due to Client negligence, or if the courier is unable to access the Client’s facility during the scheduled routing window, no refund will be issued. The transaction will be charged as a $25.00 Dry Run Trip Fee to cover courier routing and administrative overhead. The client must reschedule and pay the remainder balance for a future swap.
Pricing, Billing, and On-Demand Payments
All rates are billed as transparent, flat, single-swap fees based on your selected container volume upon online checkout. There are no environmental surcharges, fuel fees, recurring monthly software fees, or hidden administrative markups.
Our Standard 1-Gallon Swap is billed at a flat rate of $40.00 per single-swap transaction.
Our Pro 2-Gallon Swap is billed at a flat rate of $55.00 per single-swap transaction.
Our High-Volume 3-Gallon Swap is billed at a flat rate of $75.00 per single-swap transaction.
By scheduling a mobile swap and checking out, you authorize the Company to charge your transaction card on file for the designated flat fee, including any applicable taxes or dry-run trip fees incurred under Section 3 of these Terms.
Chain of Custody & OSHA Manifesting Disclaimer
Initial Receipt: Upon successful counter swap, the Client will be issued an instant digital transfer of custody receipt via DocHub (or similar electronic signature platform), verifying that our courier has assumed custody.
Final Manifest: The Client’s formal, closed-loop OSHA Audit Shielding Manifest is only finalized once the backend autoclave destination partner physically receives, scans, and processes the Master Transit Parcel. The Drop will automatically email this final Certificate of Destruction to the Client’s registered email address. It is the Client’s sole responsibility to archive this document for their local health department or OSHA compliance records.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Enrichment Ltd Liability Co, its directors, employees, or 1099 independent couriers be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, or data, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, this service. Our total liability for any claim arising from a service occurrence shall not exceed the total fee paid by the Client for that specific swap transaction.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming or, alternatively, the state courts of Clark County, Nevada (for local operational disputes in Las Vegas) and the state courts of the relevant county of service in California (for Southern California routes).
